Pros

In the current times, the company has clear objectives and is performing well. There aren’t many sudden changes in strategy or unexpected initiatives, which gives me a strong sense of stability and purpose. Senior management does not micromanage. The team culture is supportive, and cross-team collaboration is encouraged.

Cons

Annual salary increases can be underwhelming, unless you're getting promoted. As the company grows, responsibilities and pressure increase.

Salary is an issue

Pros

Great people. Great culture. Okay'ish benefits. Hybrid.

Cons

Base salary is way off from market related. Bonus percentage is not great and always trying to under pay when the market is clearly saying what the salary should be.
