Pros

I came to Impact with experience, a vet that knows how to close business. I had my manager micro manage me with simple basic tasks. In addition, my manager made rookie mistakes in deals that they were involved in. They made a huge mistake in a deal, I first suggested doing it one way, they said no, the prospect then flipped almost losing a huge deal. My advice, if your going to hire people, don’t treat them like this is their first job. Learn from the reps you hire because you likely hired them for a reason.

Cons

See above Give your sales teams metrics. It appears most just sit around and don’t do much.
