Pros

- Medical Aid - Provident Fund - Unlimited Leave - Friendly & close knit co-workers, almost feels like a family.

Cons

- US hours for global employees. - Overwhelming workload for customer facing teams = burnout. - Promise of change but no change. - Likely not able to take local (SA) holidays if client facing. - Endless meetings discussing time-old issues. The job itself was not difficult, what made it frustrating were all of the unnecessary hoops you had to jump through to get simple tasks accomplished.
