Great team, fair compensation and lots of opportunities to grow.

Cons

The office is too close to ballpark so it gets pretty busy on game days, parking is crazy expensive.

Pros

Benefits and salary were the best reasons to work there. In general, the employees are a good group of people.

Cons

Very young leadership sometimes spins off in the direction of something shiny and doesn't hear what the more experienced people around them are telling them. Not fast enough to fail, stubborn about admitting an error and shifting direction.
