We’re all for honest, constructive feedback but personal attacks like this say more about the reviewer than the company. Building a startup isn’t easy and strong leadership doesn’t always please everyone. But taking cheap shots without substance doesn’t help future candidates, and it certainly doesn’t reflect a culture of professionalism. Pros

inPowered is everything you hope a startup environment is and more. Not only is their product actually capable of totally changing the digital ad space as we know it, but the team is full of hardworking and passionate people. Everyone is excited about what they do and willing to collaborate with others to ensure the best possible outcome. Senior management is extremely supportive and encourages each person to do their best. Tons of employee benefits and work life balance, which is just an awesome added perk.

Pros

InPowered gives employees great flexibility in their working environments while still expecting high level performance. The office staff is supportive and a decent amount of social camaraderie with the once-a-week delivered lunches and some fun social events. Very fortunate to be surrounded with truly great people.

Cons

Just like any other start up, it can seem overwhelming at times- this is not somewhere for people who need their hand held. Adaptability is important to have here!
