We’re glad you appreciated the health benefits and flexibility - those are things we take seriously. As for the rest: calling a company a “sinking ship” without any specifics doesn’t offer much value or credibility. We’re building something real, with clients who rely on us and a team that’s growing stronger every day. If this wasn’t the right fit for you, we respect that but we’ll let our work and momentum speak for itself. -The inPowered AI Team

Awesome Growing Start-Up, Great Coworkers

Pros

Been working with inPowered for several years and it's a great start-up to learn from and further your careers. There's a lot of opportunities to grow your career if you're willing to hustle, grind and focus. Very generous commission packages as well so it's great for Sales who can sell, hustle and deliver. Employees are the best assets of inPowered, most are willing to help out, and they go above and beyond to deliver more of what's expected. Employees who are focused, dedicated and are willing to hustle are the ones who do well. AI that the Company developed is unique in the market that allows to deliver higher quality traffic (compared to cheap clicks). HR also respects the flexible time policy and truly care about their employees. Great Company-paid top platinum-level Medical, Vision and Dental benefits. Offices are dog friendly so it's a plus.

Cons

Typical to most start-ups, sometimes work load can be a lot. But I take it as an opportunity to learn more. I've seen start-ups in the past , more chaotic and inPowered is no different in terms of pains of growing up and establishing processes and workflows that allow efficiencies to support the growth. While several processes and workflows have been established across the board, there are still days that require more energy and attention.

We’re all for honest, constructive feedback but personal attacks like this say more about the reviewer than the company. Building a startup isn’t easy and strong leadership doesn’t always please everyone. But taking cheap shots without substance doesn’t help future candidates, and it certainly doesn’t reflect a culture of professionalism. We’re proud of the team we’ve built, the investors who back us, and the clients who trust us - and we’ll keep moving forward with people who value growth over grudges. -The inPowered AI Team
