Pros

Great cafeteria, benefits, low workload.

Cons

Management is clueless about how drugs discovery works, forget applying AI to it. Most scientists have no idea what to do beyond surviving the quarter and their current manager. Proof? 7 years after founding, they barely have a pipeline, nothing in the clinic and "one" target discovered for ALS. One target after raising 800 million. Nepotism is rampant. You will see 30 y/o "associate directors" with no direct reports or management experience. AI/ML and biology work in complete silos. Good place if you want to just coast and take a pay-cheque. Bad place if you are serious about your career.

- Supportive and collaborative people. - Strong benefits package. - Excellent interview process with responsive and helpful recruiters and hiring managers. - Team members are engaged and genuinely want to help.

Cons

- Leadership is not always aligned on priorities. - Communication between teams can be unclear. - At times, actions contradicted the company’s stated values, which created some disconnect.
