Pros

-Nice colleagues.. depending on department. - Has a lot of activities/events for employees like happy hour on thursdays, one week company get together, picnic. - Generous 401k match

Cons

- Executive team are not very approachable and doesn’t update employees with what is going on with the company. - Hires a lot of VP/Directors instead of promoting people who have been there longer - No career ladder - Flexible PTO but technically it's only 15 days per calendar year..

Toxic management, overreact, lack of respect for experienced employees, micromanagement, hostile and toxic environment. It's common for management to push out any employees who ask questions or challenge the status quo. Misrepresentation of the company and the job during the hiring process,
