Pros
I would like to share my views about Interface.ai which is my 4th company after I worked with ICICI, SCB and KOTAK Mahindra banks.
I was referred by one of my colleague initially when I have joined I had lot of confusion & Questions in my mind will I be able to survive in the company? and its a new process for me, I got lot of support here from everyone initially which made me comfortable, Friendly atmosphere , Got good guidance with senior management and CEO at the initial Level
Here are some Pros about the company

3. No one will disturb on your Holidays / Week offs
4. Good Vision which will help in our career growth.
5. Work from Home option which is a great help in this pandemic situation, I can avoid travelling and stay safe at home and that extra bit of time I can use it for personal work.
6. Top management is down to earth , One message / mail they will be in touch with you and assist you if you have any challenges.
7. I have completed my 1 year performance appraisal cycle which was very satisfactory.
8. Salaries are paid on time
One important thing is Company vision which made me to stick here, As the world is moving towards Artificial Intelligence Interface.ai moved its steps towards AI and became successful in helping the existing clients in AI Solutions for their banking needs. After seeing this success more new clients have approached Interface.ai for their banking needs. Its fact and evident.
I am very happy I have been associated with this company and I have completed almost 18 months here and would like to continue further,
After seeing the work culture I have recommended my friends and Colleagues as well who are working currently in this company and they are happy as well :)
