Pros
1. The company is growing and you have loads of opportunities to learn.
2. For those who are quick learners, they can adapt easily and make the most out of their career in less time.
3. The company's culture is amazing.
I was struggling to get a job that will actually let me use my skills/potential to the fullest. In all of my previous organizations, I had been working with roles that rarely used 20% of my potential. I got an opportunity to work at Interface AI and within a span of 9 months, I have got a lot to learn, and also responsibilities and roles have changed. This is the best part of working here. The company has given me various opportunities right from client engagement to team management and product development. That's when I came to know how much I can handle and what other skills I've to learn to upgrade my knowledge.
Cons
I don't see any. For people like me who know when to work and when to party this is the best place to work. It's remote first and gives enough time to maintain a work-life balance.
