      Exponential career Growth in AI and Machine Learning. Everyday we are working on various tools and experimenting. It's a perfect startup sphere environment and great place for those who want to learn.

      Pros

      I could never think of any good reason except the package they offer you that will be only in papers .. They do not bother to pay your variable or incentive which will be a huge part of your ctc. If you start asking for it your name will be in firing list

      Cons

      Many to mention... work life balance will be lost; no policy for incentive. .. If they wish they pay you or not... There is no process set as an organisation all decision taken by 1 single person which is not good for an organisation. .. employees stay less than 6 months .... They make recruiting process so complicated which will make you to join the firm but once you join you will not feel good.. They get sign from employees on so many legal documents to protect their chatbot as if no one could replicate their product... Please look into how other organisation have grown n run a company... If this continues then the process of recruitment alone will happen there won't be any production.
