      The culture. It can be a bit overdone and it really depends on your team and manager, but overall it's incredible and the people are great.

      Cons

      The aforementioned 'overduing' of the culture. It can be weaponized by the wrong people.

      Lululemon does not feel like a safe place for people of color or those with disabilities. Lots of toxic passive-aggressive communication, politics, and a lack of helpful communication Toxic place to work, lots of cliques A lack of psychological safety and leadership is more concerned with image than leading
