      Senior Management encourages and is open to feedback Takes employee engagement very seriously and organizes events and activations to encourage connection Agility and Entrepreneurship are key here, so if you have great ideas and the energy to test them, this is a great place for you

      A few growing pains since the company is adopting more modern and structure around processes and procedures High preference for retail experience, can be tough to break into the inner circle Still working on how to be more transparent with job levels, promotions and salary increase
