Pros

Culture is top notch, especially among retail work environments. The company does a lot to offer inclusivity with specialty calls for specific groups of people in the company i.e. LGBTQ+, BIPOC, minority groups. There are pay for performance incentives, healthcare is better than average as long as you utilize and plan ahead with your HSA. A company built on principals of yoga makes for a well rounded work experience.

Cons

It's retail, so retail hours, late nights, weekends and working all holidays. Thank you capitalism.

Pros

There are good benefits. The company has a lot of different opportunities, professionally and personally.

Cons

Your experience is almost entirely dependent on your store manager. Being an AM is almost not work the additional work for the compensation when leads make one dollar less but the store manager makes over double what you do.
