They have so many benefits for working at lululemon. The work life balance is really great considering they are retail which operates everyday!

Cons

Having to work weekends and during holiday season it can get very busy

-Culture -Product -Community engagment -Generous contests and break room snacks -Benefits- health, discount, perks, time off

Cons

-Technology crashes -Over complicated workload processes -Too much Admin workload -Entry leaders are running the floor and not tenured leaders -Lack of streamlined communication/systems bottle necks created that slow down execution -Online training heavy, minimal inshore person to person training -Luluspeak- hard to understand conversations when new because of all the Lululemon lingo. no need to put lipstick on a pig
