Pros

60% off if u work 25 or more hours in a week 40% off for anything below that 75% off on sale items can only buy with the discounts for "yourself" $120 - $240 (varies on hours worked) a month to spend on "gym fees" - they dont verify how u spend it :P targets/KPIs are team wide, eases the pressure that it soley isnt your fault when they aren't met, although this means some people slacking off brings others down..... you know who you are. also an option to get paid to exercise - weekly sessions with local gyms/facilities to reach out to the community. you get paid for your time + the class is paid for by the store. the base rate for a permanent full time educator was around $26, which has been increased to around 28-29. Key Leader pay was only $0.90 higher and merit didn't carry over, the KL base has also now been raised to the low 30s i believe. pay increases are based on performance (duh), with the highest % increase per year u can get being like 4.5%.

Cons

regional managers favourite the wrong people but other than that it was a pretty fun time tbh. also one time the CEO mr Calvin Harris was meant to visit out store but then cancelled because he got black out drunk at lunch in the city. how very professional but also same.

Pros

The guests were lovely and and at least it’s a Beautiful place

Cons

Managers think we're robots, don't trust us, which is a shame even though we're part of the same team. They don't take employees' opinions into account. They call us in for anything and everything. Psychological pressure. They don't respect employees. They commit unfair dismissals. Abusive management. Toxic environment. No recognition for work. Run away for your mental health. I've never seen this anywhere. AND HEAD OFFICE HAS DONE NOTHING TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION.
