I worked for the company for 7 years, and truly the people are its biggest asset. If you're open to looking at where you can improve in your life and performance, you will take a lot from this company. If you're stuck in your ways, it will be a totally different experience.

Cons

There are a lot of employee benefits (sabbatical, extra vacation with tenure), but for store employees your time off is subject to the needs of the business- which somewhat goes against the "go for your goals" approach they stand by.
