Pros

Sweaty Pursuits, community building activities (external and internal), overall company culture

Cons

it is still retail, breaks are always the legal requirement and you are scheduled just short of being able to take a real lunch

Pros

The people are great but that’s it

Cons

Pay is bad , unreachable “bonus” structure makes it impossible to make more than the base pay which isn’t even great. It’s the bare minimum. Culture is getting worse. Used to be amazing, now it’s very “corporate”. Cutting costs very cheap with employees. We get robbed 10 times a day and they don’t care or do anything about it. It’s dangerous and everyone is terrified but they do nothing but offer free therapy sessions on how to basically get over it. They do not care about the fact that there are dangerous criminals coming into our space daily to rob, and fraudulent scam our return system. If you say anything about being afraid you are the bad guy It’s honestly so sad. Lululemon used to be so fun and now it’s traumatizing.

Pros

-Positive environment where people's needs and strengths are heard and met. -fun and welcoming -affordable and good healthcare options -so so so many yoga, and mental wellbeing sources and activities they happily promote. -training is intensive, but you can take the time you need to understand the importance and how to do your job to the quality standards

Cons

-Late policy, no leniency (which is a positive and negative) -store inventory issues with smaller stores - not having current styles but, lulu is such a high quality and in such high demand that it makes sense!
