Pros

pre covid - I gulped the kool aid - it ain't tasting so sweet lately. I still love our product, our discount and our sweat benefits

Cons

If your manager sucks so will your experience and that has formed my current dissatisfaction. A manager who plays favorites and does not offer a consistent experience for their team

Pros

Fun coworkers Good pay WHEN AND IF YOU BONUS

Cons

CONSTANT THEFT groups of men come into the store and steal large amounts. The company willingly admits this is linked to cartel activity and offers no safety to employees. When you speak out they suggest getting psychological aid and therapy. They act like you’re stupid for being nervous when large men come in high drugs and fill trash bags full of product while screaming. The company makes it so you can’t bonus. They give in realistic sales goals and take all online returns out of your goal for the day. So you purposefully can’t bonus They give a black out period but the favorites can take their time off during this if they want. It’s not policy for ALL employees like they say They cut hours even after they schedule you. So one day you look and you have 40 hours next day you look you might only have 30 They use texting and teams as communication and expect you to reply but they aren’t paying for your phone bill? They text during non working hours
