Not bad for a part-time job

Pros

- flexible hours - employee discount - bonus pay if you meet monthly sales goals - fun coworkers - sweaty pursuits benefit

Cons

- not much room for growth if you're just in an educator role - customers are rude and can belittle you - customers can have negative views on body types/body shaming - if you live in a large city with a high cost of living it is almost impossible to live on a full-time educator/key leader wage

Pros

Positive environment Motivated Management Quality product

Cons

Retail is retail but at least Lululemon tried to build a positive culture through it's employee benefits and compensation packages. For a part-time retail job, I feel like I spent a lot of time on Lululemon whether it was a floor shift, part of my 80/20 role (decorating the store window) or going to classes, my life was Lululemon!
