Pros

- good benefits and discount - fun coworkers - great place to work for a temporary fun job ONLY

Cons

- seems like they want to turn everyone into lululemon robots - if you don't fit the mold, you will be pushed out. It happened with me, and three other friends across the country - upper management lacks confidence of experienced leaders - everyone brings their drama to work - even reading the old reviews, people talk about how working here is like being in high school, and that’s so true. Mean girls. Favoritism. It’s crazy.

Pros

- Good benefits, decent pay, group commission - Free workouts, new gym buddies, motivation to go workout regularly - Wearing leggings and sweats to work everyday.

Cons

- Even for full time staff (24 hours and above) your shifts can be cut short, commission varies and parking fees are not compensated. - Management can make your experience absolutely incredible or a Nightmare. Expect to be Micromanaged during the day and don’t expect them to help guests , or answer the phone . Very oftn they are talking amongst themselves or telling you one thing or another. - Lots of bad Key Leaders, Store Managers are inexperienced and too busy. - Very few of them are concerned with staff happiness. - Unclear/vague guidelines of how to get promoted within the company, inability to be transparent even though they will require it of you and pry into your personal life or write about you in the closing notes without your knowledge. - Lots of competition to move up. Sadly, Leaders will publicly “encourage” your growth and “develop” you however actions speak louder than words. They will push people out behind the scenes and pass over promotions if you become friends with coworkers other than managers .
