Pros

The company truly cares about employees and professional development. There is significant opportunity for advancement. Work/life balance and health are top priorities for the company. Leadership events, paid time off, reimbursement for community exercise classes, and just an overall fun place to work. Also, team commission creates a more positive team environment than individual commission sales.

Cons

Working weekends and holidays can be difficult, but that is the nature of retail. While educating the guests is a top priority, sometimes it can feel overbearing or pushy with sales.

Pros

I worked for Lululemon at two different locations for about 3 years total and my experience as an "Educator" was much better than I was expecting it to be. First of all, it didn't even feel like a job to me due to the fact that I actually had fun working there. The people they hire tend to be very down to earth and the whole staff is very supportive. I particularly enjoyed the vision and goals workshops we would all do together, it helped me put my goals in better perspective. I can go on and on, but overall, I learned a lot from this company and my experience there has changed my life for the better.

Cons

The only con I have about working there was that we couldn't use our discounts for our family except for Christmas, but I 've heard this rule has long been changed and that they are able to now. Other than that, none I can think of!

Pros

pay, bonus, commission, discount, and pay outs at fitness studios and gyms

Cons

Lululemon is very manipulative, they live in their own world where you have to be just like them unless they'll write you up for "having low energy". What they preach is not who they are. If you question anything they will see you as a target and make your time there terrible. They also make there workers do a lot more stuff than just sell yoga pants, even if you do not want to. You have to drink the lemonade unless you won't make it.
