Pros

I’ve been working for lululemon for almost 3 years and I love it more than any job I’ve ever had! The company’s culture is like a fusion of yogic philosophy, smart business, and really stellar marketing. It’s a fun place to work, the people are almost always amazing, and the perks of employment include amazing beneifts(if you’re full time) and an allotted amount of money every month for yoga/group fitness classes.

Cons

Can be challenging to move up. It really all depends what the needs of your store are, and whether or not you’re willing to relocate.
