Pros

the people and product are great.

Cons

As a Key leader there is ALOT that is expected of you, and you are often stretched too thin trying to get everything done. They call this "development" to get you ready for the next role, that is never available. Too much additional responsibility is required to only be making $2.00 more than the Educators (sales associates). Also expect you to attend meetings, workouts, and team building activities without pay or compensation for travel or parking.

Pros

The environment at this place was unbelievable! Coming into work every day was a blast and never felt like a drag at all. They're very patient and more than willing to help in any way possible!

Cons

Manager wasn't the best with scheduling.

Pros

-vision & goal setting workshop -they value culture in the work place -work life balance is a priority -it’s a good place to learn about yourself and how to manage teamwork -skill set is transferable to another job -are able to do “stretch assignments” out in the community -sweaty pursuits - a monthly allowance to work out -fun job during college -you get to meet a lot of great people

Cons

-lack of transparency from upper management -communication tends to get lost -leadership team can feel cliquey -the schedule is never consistent and sometimes you have to work both weekend days -hours can be tough, especially during the Holidays -pay is mediocre -leadership team likes to micromanage, but sometimes they seem absent and disengaged from the team -can’t take vacation days during “blackout” period -feedback in the moment can be given at the wrong time (in front of other employees or guests) which doesn’t feel good -it often felt like your success depended on how liked you were by others.
