      - Benefits are really good, even for a part-timer - Leaders actually get other part-timers to do things equally, so you won't feel like you're being targeted - People are actually working

      Cons

      - Toxic management / colleagues - Some colleagues are really ridiculous, whereas they'll talk about you if you're not a certain size but is ambitious to be a smaller size (e.g. I'm a size M, can wear size S for certain items but some colleagues laughed about it in a group chat created within themselves to laugh about other people and leaders) - If you're good with people, people will like you. Else, we have colleagues who'll constantly ignore you - Bias-ness is real! If you're new, don't worry, do your job well with an open mind and be sincere, they'll get used to you

      Favoritism and if you’re not always working (and I mean ALWAYS) they will sit you down and have a discussion with you.
