Pros

Amazing coworkers, great discount, personable environment

Cons

Insane level of external theft in recent months, senior leadership "leaving," a.k.a. being forced out, and being replaced by external senior hires.

Thanks so much for candidly sharing your feedback about your ongoing time as one of our Guest Experience Leads in Chicago. While we're happy to know your team and workplace brings you joy, and our discount is beneficial to you, we certainly hear your valued thoughts concerning internal development opportunities. We also take your feedback about loss prevention and store safety and how this ties into compensation and bonus, extremely seriously. Please know we've passed along your feedback to the appropriate teams. If you'd like to talk about this in more detail, we also encourage you to connect with your P&C partner and/or a trusted leader to continue the conversation.

Pros

Discount, Sweat Pursuits benefit and coworkers

Cons

Strict attendance/late policy, heavy workload, bad work life balance, demanding management that picks at all small mistakes made, hypocrisy. Pretends to be inclusive and environmentally friendly but is not. Pay too little for the hours demand. No holidays with family.

Pros

A lot of great people There is potential to grow but a lot of immaturities within the technology organization

Cons

Too many people in leadership positions have been with the company for far too long and have little to NO experience outside, anchoring down people with actual experience. The company talks about well-being and caring but it's all BS to keep them from being in the spotlight.
