Pros

The employee discount and workout card.

Cons

Management at my location was cliquey, rude, and incompetent. The leadership team is just as bad. I would not recommend working for this company anymore. It is obvious that they have switched their priorities from customer relations/experience to making money and poor-quality clothing.

Pros

Friendly team members, generally good benefits

Cons

Homophobic and discriminatory managment. I brought multiple cases of explicit discrimination to regional management and people and culture with nothing to be done. I was called slurs by coworkers, witnessed by leaders and guests and still lululemon chose to protect the bully. Regularly harassed for being queer for years, I've had emails, text and other records of explicit discrimination and People and Culture failed to investigate every time. Over the course of 5 years I had 6 instances of discrimination with management. All you get is a "we hear you" and thats it. Management does not want or value your feedback. They want you to stand there, shut up and sell the leggings.

Pros

- the company offers good benefits

Cons

- overly strict - changed so much in 2 years for the worst - the company had me more stressed than my hospital job - the late policy is trash, you can't be more than 30 seconds late unless YOU are in a wreck or someone passes away. School, traffic, bad weather etc will count against you negatively in the company regardless of scenario - not a good job for students or people who prioritize school over Lulu - required staff meetings that talk about the same 6 topics every month, if you don't go ( even if its out of your availability ) it counts as unexcused absence - The worst thing, selling expensive items to customers when the quality of the product is no longer nice. cheaper clothing brands have higher quality, this did not fit my morals.
