Pros

Benefits are great, medical, ESPP, vacation. Company pays for fitness classes and offers awesome personal development.

Cons

There is a glass ceiling, a clique of sorts. I worked in two regions and felt it both times. Some people are wonderful and others have drank too much of the lulu juice.
