Store Manager

Pros

Store managers have the ability and entrepreneurship to run store. Development tools, discounts, and community classes.

Cons

POS Systems are lacking and behind most retailers. The training is unclear and needs better direction. Pay is below industry standards. Not much growth in US stores beyond store manager role. Company is constantly changing without giving time to properly implement changes and see the effects.

Incredible company for a retail job

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great pay for being a retail job Really care about personal development as well as career development. Lots of communication So much room for each store to drive it's own business through many avenues of community outreach.

Cons

At the end of the day store level is retail. Would recommend working in a stand alone store and not a mall store. The great culture tends to get lost with all the hustle and bustle.
