Pros

The culture is really positive, healthy and welcoming. lululemon supports their employees by giving them money per month towards fitness classes

Cons

the training can be overwhelming at time and a bit cultish. it would be nice to get a few articles of clothing at max discounts before starting to help employees come dressed in all lululemon gear without having to invest a large amount of capital when you first start.

Pros

Great pay and fun people. Bonus comes every month and feels massive. Free fitness classes offered as well. Definitely a great summer gig.

Cons

Not flexible if seasonal. Retail job at heart despite it being better than most retail jobs. Just gets old quickly.
