Pros

The goal-setting values of lulu and the loyalty that you build working with a team of people who strive to push one another make it a positive and stimulating place to work. Many of my coworkers and myself have one foot in the fitness industry, one in lulu and are tap dancing between those two roles along with many more. It's an environment for energetic and positive go-getters.

Cons

Being micromanaged at times when on the sales floor isn't a pleasant experience for type As-- so always make sure you're on your A game and you'll avoid it.
