Pros

The company culture was built around self inquiry and self development. Working with lululemon gave me the opportunity to explore the Landmark curriculum (all expenses paid) and work on my longterm life goals openly.

Cons

The rumours of "drinking the Koolaid" when it comes to the culture being all encompassing are accurate. Employees were strongly encouraged to spend their off hours together, whether it was sweating together or doing extra curricular activities together. While fostering community between employees is important, I often felt pressured to socialize after long days at work which left me feeling drained.
