Pros

All the perks and benefits are 10/10. Love it!

Cons

Growth feels really hard. Being in a base level position and it feel impossible to move up.

Pros

Staff discounts were a nice benefit

Cons

Poor management, young managers that huddled together and separated themselves from the store team as superior. Rigid, inflexible schedules that were determined by these managers that seemed unfair to all staff, very ingenious people who stated policy but were not aware of it, management would micro-manage all educators and even tried to control what staff talked about, preferential treatment to those they liked or those that conformed, hiring practices were unethical as some required great scrutiny and others appointed (thereby limiting developmental opportunities for others), felt like working in a sweat shop with no autonomy. Feedback travels only one way (top down).
