Pros

Great culture and emphasis on personal health with plenty of complementary classes in the store for self and the community. Fun, young staff.

Cons

Massive expansion plans changed the working dynamic as senior employees were hired on from outside with no real commitment or understanding of yoga much less personal health. Senior management overtly demonstrated favoritism among staff.

Pros

Lululemon is a great place to work especially when compared to other retail jobs. Great corporate culture, great learning and advancement opportunities.

Cons

It is still retail - unless you are working a head office. By trying to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit, some things that ought to be more heavily regulated aren't.

Pros

- free yoga classes - good discount - you can wear comfy attire to work (running shoes & lululemon) - not pushy on sales

Cons

- product knowledge is key; getting to know the clothes is comparable to how waitresses are required to learn their menus. not recommened for students with heavy courseloads -
