      The work culture is great. I loved the people who worked here. Everyone is always happy and committed to hard work and the culture at lululemon. All the employees support each other on their way to their goals and will go to workout classes together. Another great aspect about working at lululemon is that you get free workout classes. That was such an awesome perk, especially because the brand and culture preach health. So, it's cool that the company actually pays you to workout.

      Cons

      There's not much rotation on the floor and it doesn't have a lot of room to move out of an educator position into management. I've heard of employees being stuck in an educator position for a few years and never getting promoted.

      They value and care about their employees well being. There are many opportunities for growth. It is a fun environment with a positive culture. Good pay for a part-time job. They do their best to give you time off when requested. Good benefits.

      Working in retail isn't for everyone.
