      Pros

      - Great company culture that truly embodies the #sweatlife - Very open to feedback throughout all levels of leadership - Strong core values and company vision, with a focus on personal growth and development - Solid benefits and perks, both for part-time and full-time - Wonderful co-workers, many of whom have developed into long-term friendships

      Cons

      - Career path is geared towards grooming KL's into ASM's, and ASM's into Store Managers. Would love to see more diversity with new roles available for those who do not desire an SM role - Can often be blurry lines when it comes to holding people accountable, either being too strict or too lenient - Sometimes leadership can come across very clique-ish, with favoritism towards those who express strong interest in growing with the company

      Enthusiastic management team and employees; a fun environment; very encouraging toward employees at work and about personal goals outside the store; physical fitness is a priority; work/life balance a priority

      Cons

      Nothing remarkable really - it's retail. The job can be boring when not in a busy season, hours get cut after those busy times, dealing with customers can be tedious.
