Pros

great team environment which made it difficult to leave lots of fun events/food and community building free yoga classes and killer discounts on gear

Cons

very high expectations and workload bi-weekly assessments on your interactions opportunities are given if you know the right person or get along with management pretty well (favouritism) very hard to get benefits&full time status if you are seasonal or part-time work hours (either start at 5am or have to be willing to stay at 10pm) no parking/paid parking closer to Burrard Bridge and sometimes busses don't run vey frequently
