Pros

Well-established company. Very nice working atmosphere. Good working location and environment. Smart Team. Satisfactory benefit.

Cons

Not good enough information system. Poor system connection between home office and liaison offices resulted in extra work load on the system maintenance and updating.

work-life balance, for a company that raves of direct communications, i found that there was a big lack in communication among the team

Pros

The on-boarding program gives you a lot of useful tools to learn about leadership, building your career and setting personal goals.

Cons

As with all retail environments, they expect you to work evenings, weekends, and of course holidays. Sometimes even if you give them notice in advance that you have x or y reason, you'll get scheduled anyway.
