Pros

The culture and tools they teach you are incomparable. I've never felt more supported and heard by a giant corporation. They people are amazing. They definitely are my #goodvibetribe

Cons

Just typical retail things, long hours around the holidays, some difficult conversations in store with guests. It's nothing the company doesn't support you with though, they absolutely give you the reins, no matter the situation.
