Most of the Managers and Key Leaders went on power trips, and thought that because they were the shift leader that they ruled everything and had all the answers. Many complaints from team members that they don't like the culture, management, and the way things are run. Hiring decisions don't always make sense. The people in the store manager and regional manager roles aren't always the best fit, and it is very apparent that some are incompetent at their jobs. If you find a manager you like, stay at that location because a great store manager is hard to find. Long training process, so if you aren't in it for the long-term, this isn't the right job for you.
