Pros

The personal development tools provided by this company are amazing. With the right people guiding you, you can learn a lot about yourself and about developing & leading others. The company's emphasis on Vision & goals can push you to achieve goals you otherwise may have never thought possible. The stores have an amazing vibe and energy and overall positivity. This comes from being "the face" of the company.

Cons

A lot of people politics. Often times the job performance is overshadowed by focus on personal development. The stores create the Lululemon culture that is so evident to the public. Stepping further behind the scenes (distribution & corporate) that company culture fades; it's all preached, but not practiced. The more external hires they acquire for their experience, the less you maintain that cultural sparkle.

Pros

Working for Lululemon was usually pretty exciting. There are a lot of perks outside of the discount. They pay well and incentivise their employees in many different ways. Improved my overall leadership and team-work skills.

Cons

Depending on the store/manager you have, some stores are more challenging than others. The only real cons I can think of have more to do with being a part-time retail employee than the jobs itself.
