Unique culture, some amazingly great people to work with, yoga at lunch time, 60-70% staff discount, a great company to work for within only certain departments. talented designers.
Cons
no structure/comcise process between marketing, design and development, end up ignoring quality due to nonsense calendar, lower pay for hires from local + LOVE americans/ europians paying them way too much (e.g $80,000 for europian, $50,000 for canadian- same qualification/experience). too many managers over managers and directors. too many cooks in kitchen. hard to make decisions. consistent changes until they can't. no bonus in 2013. exhausted employees by traveling too much and no life balance. never worked for a company people get sick ridiculously all the time like this. Horrible system implimented makes all suffer.
