Pros

Great discount. Friendly staff. Free workouts. Little touches like cheering you on, and authentically caring about your wellbeing.

Cons

Weekly incoming products readings. They really, really press hitting the weekly and monthly goals. They also have an insanely high standard for making sure to try on all new product that comes in the store every week.

Pros

Great pay, get great employee discount, wear work out clothes to work, upbeat environment, customers really appreciate the brand

Cons

You will be expected to fit yourself into their mold. They want to make sure you're "authentic." Extremely intensive interview process that lasts about 2 weeks. As a male, very outnumbered compared to female employees. Really want you to have convos about "how you sweat" with customers who really don't want to tell you all about it
