Pros

easy-going, very flexible, considerate of your time...I love all the girls I work with.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any cons here...this retail position pays well and is way better than any other retail job.

Pros

I have met my best friends at lululemon, personal development opportunities are there for the taking if you are proactive. While work is sometimes fast paced and intense there is the ability to manage your time and take time when you need it. Going to work every day with a higher purpose makes getting out of bed each day a hell of a lot easier.

Cons

with management constantly changing it is sometimes hard to make traction. it is a retail brand so you are expected to work during the holidays (this makes perfect sense but some are upset by this)

Pros

Great benefits, friendly work environment, management works with your schedule, really great for actors and artists.

Cons

Very tight knit employee group, could be pro or con.
