Not recommended to seek Store Management roles. Corporate growth opportunities are scarce and rare. Unrealistic expectations of development set by Regional Managers. Work Life Balance is almost non-existent - everything revolves around the Store.
A very cliquey group of people - you either fit in or you don't. They take their "Landmark"-type conversations too far and have no proper concept of developing their people. Most managers are very good at using this type of language of coaching people out of their roles.
