Pros

Lululemon was a fun and encouraging environment. All of the staff was focused on a healthy living style and we enjoyed working out together (which lululemon often pays for). It was a fun experience and you get to meet very interesting people who do quite amazing things.

Cons

The retail aspect of sorting merchandise was a little tedious at times-- a lot of folding and putting things back on the floor once someone has taken them off. The staff bickered quite often and sometimes made the workday uncomfortable.

Rewarding work but demanding hours.

Pros

Amazing company culture and numerous health benefits to take advantage off.

Cons

Culture is very all consuming and the hours don't lend for a very balance life despite being one of the company principles.
