Pros

Good pay, amazing perks, awesome people. You get to be involved in some really cool events, focus on fitness, and just have fun.

Cons

Sometimes the core values of the company are not really put into practice. It can be difficult to find that line between friendship and business when everyone on the team is so close.

It's a retail job

Pros

Working around fit and healthy people, and customers who are interested in fitness. Events at lululemon brought interesting instructors from the area out to teach. Exposure to awesome fitness classes. There are some nice perks.

Cons

Getting a promotion is not easy unless you are loud and super outgoing. Diversity seems rare, sorority atmosphere seems the norm. Management can be immature and catty. They were often out for long periods of time working out and lunching. Short breaks during the work day.
