Pros

Company pays for free workout classes. Company pays for developmental opportunities. Had the opportunity to visit Austin, TX and Vancouver, BC for training and development. Company includes budget needs such as "staff rewards" which gives great recognition opportunities.

Cons

The culture is only inclusive if you fit all aspects of their Practice of Leadership and buy into the full scope of their behavioral expectations. This can be fine for some but left me feeling like I was working beyond my hours of pay and frustrated.

Pros

-You can grow from within the company -a great community feeling -free yoga months and athletic memberships -great discount

Cons

- They really want you to "drink the Koolaid", if you don't like the lululemon vibe and the yoga experience then you wont enjoy the job
