Pros

Culture is amazing, you can feel the positive vibe the minute you walk through the door. The people you work with are 95% positive, happy and friendly. I feel like my office is my home away from home and feel forturnate to be surrounded by so many terrific people. I feel like we all work as a team and there's alot of support all around.

Cons

Working from home is frowned upon and won't accomodate a 4 day work week. Underpaid based on my education and years of experience. I stay at lululemon for the people, not the money.

Pros

If you are willing to become Ocean or Duke (their version of an unrealistic muse) be willing to fit in; even with individuals whom you may not get along with. If you are willing to work on a cult-like atmosphere then you'll fit in just fine. There are some incredible people you'll work with, but they are few and far between. The discount is killer especially if your working full time which many are not given the opportunity to do so. For example: full time employee get 60% off regular priced items and 75% off mark-down items. You also get reimbursement for your favorite place to sweat which is pretty cool. Once again, it's better to be a full time employee; $200 reimbursement versus part-time employees who only get $100.

Cons

Be prepared to work every single weekend! They claim work life balance but this is NOT the case. If you want to take time off be prepared to feel guilty. It's all about "team", until it benefits or does not benefit the management team, then it's all about them. The atmosphere is definitely cult-like. If you do not fit in at the beginning it can be difficult to find your footing with in the team. Being a favorite of the management team will get you far!
