Pros

AMAZING personal and professional growth through their training modules. Open, feedback-oriented culture that promotes real and authentic relationships. Flexible. Best for self-motivated people that love to work out. Free workouts in your local community as a part-time educator with local studios and Ambassadors. Awesome vacation policy. Great discount for you.

Cons

Retail pay is retail pay so don't expect to earn enough money to pay for life, build up your emergency fund and pay off your car. But that's relative to where you live and how you spend your money. Part-time and full-time employees must work at least one weekend each week. Since it's retail, you'll find half your colleagues in transition and half working full-time and some working towards vertical advancement within the company. Discount can't be applied to family members.
